Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, and SMS communications offered by MultiWork LLC ("MultiWork," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, submitting information through our forms, or providing your phone number to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

MultiWork is a skilled trades staffing and recruitment agency. We connect qualified tradespeople — HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, welders, insulators, sheetmetal workers, general labor, and related trades — with employers in construction and industrial projects, primarily in North Carolina and surrounding regions.

2. Eligibility

To submit a job application or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Submitting Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying or contacting us, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. We may reject applications, terminate engagements, or refuse services based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Service Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from MultiWork — via web form checkbox, by replying YES or START to a confirmation message, or by providing verbal consent during a phone conversation with our staff — you agree to the following terms in addition to those in our Privacy Policy:

Programs covered. SMS messages from MultiWork relate to recruitment, application status, interviews and appointments, document requests, job assignments, payroll administration, and two-way support. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS to applicants or workers under this program.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with us. There is no fixed cap.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier per your service plan. MultiWork does not charge separately for SMS communications.

Carriers. Carriers — including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others — are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS communications from MultiWork. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in.

Compatible devices. SMS service requires a compatible mobile device with text messaging capabilities and active wireless service. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by your device, your carrier, or coverage issues.

Privacy. SMS communications are subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use the MultiWork website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the site to violate any applicable laws or regulations

Submit false or misleading information

Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's operation

Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or repurpose content from the site without our prior written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the MultiWork website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MultiWork LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." MultiWork makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the website, the accuracy of content, or the outcomes of staffing engagements, except as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee employment, specific assignment durations, or compensation outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiWork, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MultiWork harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina.
